1-7 DAYS OF MASTERCLASSES AT YOUR STUDIO (Over 14 years of studio tour education)

What a great opportunity for you and your students to have us on more of a 1 to 1 personal approach to learning. We will do it all for you!!

N.Y.L.A. Dance Conventions & Competitions will make all arrangements for our Instructors to travel to your studio or location which includes hotels, flights, and transportation.

Studios are responsible for displaying all promo info about us as well as collecting all registration fees for the contracted master class experience. Once your request has been made, we will contact you with your final selections of teachers available for your intended time frame. Please note that not all teachers will be
available at all times. Please also note if you would like East Coast Style, West Coast Style, or Both. Our goal is to get you 2-3 of our highly trained teachers into your studio who will simultaneously teach 4 classes daily for your students to become aware of a new style, a new move, or even a new dream.Should you only have 1 studio then classes could be arranged with first 1/2 of day (Tiny Dancers/Juniors) and second 1/2 of day (Teens/Seniors). Remember we want to make this convenient to your already established program so we have a lot of options such as 6PM-10PM during the week or full days on weekends.

Teachers, Studio Directors, Colleges, & Community Centers may use this WORKSHOP as a Fundraiser to gather the needed monies for larger events or end of the year presentations. Your fees are reduced when you get a larger amount of students participating. It is an AWESOME chance for your studio to meet, learn, and dance with a working dance professional from NYC or Los Angeles. Typical Breakdown of FEES as follows:

1 day 40 students $100 (4 classes per student/per level)……..60 student/$80………….80 or more/$65
2 day 40 students $200 (8 classes per student)

4 day 40 students $400 (16 classes per student)
5 day 40 students $500 (20 classes per student)
6 day 40 students $600 (24 classes per student)
7 day 40 students $700 (30 classes per student)

Please note that you may substitute 2 classes for a 2 minute piece of choreography
for (2-5 dancers) or substitute 4 classes for a 3 minute group piece of choreography (6-19 dancers).
Large Groups & Production pieces require additional fees.

$50 per 15 minutes (30 minute minimum per student)

COREFusion Studio Tour
We can schedule a CORE Fusion Tour any day of the week, month, at any time day or night…it’s up to your needs and the studios yearly commitments.

Let us come into your studio and set choreography on your students.
Whether you are competing, in a recital, or just want an incredible end of the year performance, we have lots of styles & faculty to fit in with your needs.

N.Y.L.A. Dance Conventions & Competitions will make all arrangements for our Instructors to travel to your studio or location which includes hotels, flights, and transportation. Studios are responsible for hanging all promo info about us as well as collecting all registration fees for the contracted choreography experience.

COMPETITION, RECITAL, COLLEGE, & INDEPENDENT CHOREOGRAPHY
Please note that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall a choreographer affiliated with N.Y.L.A. Dance Conventions & Competitions and our COREFusion Studio Tour be UNLISTED in any competition entry form or in any concert program material. Copied Proof of this must be sent to us. We appreciate the time work and dedication that goes into all of the hours spent making and teaching the choreography you will be learning and we feel that we owe it to our

CHOREOGRAPHERS

The following fees apply based on tiers of experience and needs of each client.

Level 1 Choreographer
West Coast Affiliate or East Coast Affiliate
Solo/Duet/Trio Rate is $500 for a 2.30 minute dance.
Small Group (4-9) Rate is $550 for a 3 minute dance.
Large Group (10-19) Rate is $600 for a 4 minute dance.
Team (20-29) Rate is $700 for a 5 minute dance.
Production (30 & over) Rate is $40 per student for 5-8 minute dance.

Level 2 Choreographer
West Coast Affiliate or East Coast Affiliate
Solo/Duet/Trio Rate is $400 for a 2.30 minute dance.
Small Group (4-9) Rate is $450 for a 3 minute dance.
Large Group (10-19) Rate is $500 for a 4 minute dance.
Team (20-29) Rate is $600 for a 5 minute dance.
Production (30 & over) Rate is $35 per student for 5-8 minute dance.
*For more than 1 piece of choreography we will discount the total by 10%.
*Must book a complete TOUR to receive these rates. If not rates are doubled and minimum is required.

FRESH FEEDBACK

Let’s talk about your dances!
With this option, teachers & students get feedback, critiques, and help with polishing your routines & choreography by our incredible 1 to 1 scheduling with one of our N.Y.L.A. Dance Faculty while visiting your studio or location. Rates will be based on the # of dances to be seen. Private N.Y.L.A. Coaching can be scheduled for solos or for students needing individual attention. Please call to add this option to your package.

GROUP RATES
1-5 dances $35 each
6-10 dances $30 each
11 dances or more $25 each
*Rates apply to already scheduled COREFusion© Studio Tour. Rates will be doubled if COREFusion© Studio Tour is not scheduled.

PRIVATE N.Y.L.A. COACHING RATES

NATIONAL QUALIFICATION AT YOUR STUDIO

The first competition program of it’s kind to bring the judges to you for qualifying your work for our Nationals.

Just in case you can’t make it to one of our REGIONAL LOCATIONS or if we conflict with another competition/convention in which you are already planning to go to. Not a problem….just arrange for one of our judges to come directly to your studio for critiques and videotaping of your entries.

Please note that all expenses will be taken care of by N.Y.L.A. Dance Conventions & Competitions.

FOR SOLO & GROUPS ONLY: All entries receiving a score of Platinum, High Triple Gold, Triple Gold, Double Gold, or Gold will qualify for NATIONALS. All groups will receive a trophy or plaque. All Solos receive medal of distinction.

MINIMUM AMOUNT OF 15 ENTRIES (NOT DANCERS) PER REGION APPLY FOR STUDIO QUALIFICATION.

ARRANGE A COMPLETE PACKAGE WITH MASTERCLASSES, CHOREOGRAPHY, FEEDBACK, AND QUALIFY FOR NATIONALS. CALL FOR DETAILS!!

*Required Nonrefundable Deposit is 50% of your total fee. Total fee must be paid 30 days in advance or an additional $25 per student will be added to your total.
