TEACHERS
Teachers take free classes with student registration.

OBSERVER FEES
Anyone accompanying a dance studio and is without a wristband is considered an Observer and fees may apply.

PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-registration is strongly advised since we cannot guarantee that everyone who shows up on the first day of the convention to register. After space quota has reached it’s limit, cutoffs will occur.

CHAPERONES
Dancers under the age of 12 may need a parent present. CONDUCT N.Y.L.A Dance will not tolerate rude or disruptive behavior from its participants. This is enforced during the entire convention/competition facility which includes classroom, dressing room, ballrooms, auditoriums, on/off stage, hallways, and lobbies just to name a few.

REFUNDS
Once you are registered, there will be NO REFUNDS authorized but studio can receive a credit towards future events.

VIDEO RECORDING & FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY
No Video or Flash Photography during Convention Classes.

SPACE SAFETY CONCERNS
No Large Bags or Luggage in Classroom areas since some of our spaces are on theater stages.

AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR CLASSROOMS
No Children under the age of 6 in Convention Classrooms. EVERYONE must have an I.D. Bracelet during convention. It is your responsibility to wear it. Any lost bracelet or removal of the bracelet will result in full repayment of registration fee. There will be no refunds! No exceptions!

1 Day Regional Convention (3 Classes plus warm-up)
2 Levels by Age not comp/rec (11 & under or 12 & over)
Open to ages 6 – Adult Professionals.
